What is the job of Euler Hermes Credit Management OOO?
Our main task is to analyze the financial situation of Russian companies to help ROSNO and insurance companies of Euler Hermes Group make decisions on the conditions for trade credit insurance.
Important: The whole portfolio of a client’s accounts receivable must be offered for insurance. That means that credit limits requests are filed for all buyers independently of their financial situation and how long they have done business with the supplier. Therefore, this is a question of fulfilling a mandatory condition of an insurance contract between ROSNO or an insurance company of the Euler Hermes Group and the client (your supplier); it is not a question of him distrusting your company.
Why should you disclose information on your company?
When making credit limit decisions for our clients' buyers and proposing conditions for trade credit insurance to ROSNO or an insurance company of the Euler Hermes Group, we do not want to rely only on data received from public information sources.
These are the benefits you receive by providing us with up-to-date financial information on your company:
- You allow us to precisely evaluate your creditworthiness and find a decision that fits your needs;
- Our client (your supplier) will be able to increase and improve business relations with you. For you, this may mean an increase in turnover, improvement of credit lines or additional discounts.
What happens if we do not receive any information from you?
Lack of information on your company may mean that the insurer, following the principle of caution, could not take a risk and therefore would grant only a small credit limit or would not grant any at all.
In this case, some of our clients (your suppliers) reduce supplies or change payment conditions.
Who is entitled to access the information provided by you?
Access to information is granted only to a limited number of Euler Hermes employees. Qualified and experienced specialists in analyzing and managing of credit risks assess all data provided under strict maintenance of confidentiality.
